Email dmca@kaidohub.com with all of the following. Notices missing pieces can’t be acted on, so include everything the first time:

1. Your name and contact details (email is fine).
2. What your copyrighted work is — identify it clearly (e.g. “my illustration titled X, originally posted at…”).
3. The URL(s) on K.AI.DO of the content you’re claiming infringes.
4. A good-faith statement — that you believe the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
5. An accuracy statement — that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
6. Your signature — typing your full name counts.

A valid notice in this format (the DMCA format used internationally) lets us act fastest, wherever you’re located.

• We review the notice and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the content.
• We may notify the uploader that their content was removed and why.
• Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated — this is platform policy, not a maybe.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake — for example, the work was yours, or your use was authorized — email dmca@kaidohub.com explaining why, with your contact details and the URL of the removed content. Genuine counter-notices get genuine review.

If we determine a counter-notice is valid, we will notify the original complainant. Unless they inform us they have filed a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we will restore the content.

Knowingly false takedown notices can carry legal consequences — for the sender. Please submit claims honestly. If you’re not sure whether something infringes, legal@kaidohub.com is a better first stop.
