The basics

K.AI.DO is adults-only, 18+. Every account is age-verified. If you’re here, you confirmed you’re an adult — the content here assumes it.

This is a directory, not a chat site. Creators showcase their AI characters here; the actual conversations happen on the platforms where those characters live. “Where to find” links take you there.

Fiction is fiction here. Dark, mature, and explicit fictional content between fictional adults is allowed. What’s never allowed is anything that harms real people — that’s the one rule behind all the others.

Tags are your remote control

Every page is tagged with its themes, dynamics, and kinks. Read them before you dive in — they’re the honest label, not marketing.

Hide what you never want to see. Settings → Hidden tags. Pages carrying those tags disappear from browse, feeds, and search — and excerpts that hit them stay collapsed no matter what. Change them any time.

Filtering works the other way too. The browse drawer lets you look for exactly your thing — setting, genre, dynamic, platform.

Reading a page

Quick view first. Tap a card’s image anywhere — browse, trending, side panels — and you get the summary card before committing to the full page. Swipe (mobile) or use the button (desktop) to flip to the details panel.

Overview pages are the creator’s showcase. Tagline, tags, gallery, their links out. What you see is what they chose to show.

Sidebars hold the deep cuts. Lore, updates, characters, response examples — pages the creator added. On mobile, tap the ☰ hamburger in the top header (left of the logo) to slide the sidebar open; on desktop it’s already there. Greyed-out entries are empty.

Response Examples

Real samples of how a bot writes. Each one is graded by the creator:

• SFW — opens straight away, nothing beyond open-page content.
• Mature — charged or dark, sits behind its warnings. Tap to reveal.
• Explicit — graphic, sits behind its warnings. Tap to reveal.

The warnings on the card are for that excerpt specifically — what’s in this sample, not the whole character. The page’s own tags cover everything else.

Graded by humans, not promises. If an excerpt reads wilder than its grade or its warnings, report it — that matters to us.

Why some things are locked

Creators control visibility per page. Public pages are in browse and feeds; unlisted ones only open from a direct link; private ones are locked to everyone but their owner.

A locked name isn’t a bug. You might open a public character whose creator profile is private — the character reads fine, the creator’s name just won’t lead anywhere. Same with universe links. Creators mix and match on purpose.

Leaving the site

External links warn you first. When a link leads off K.AI.DO, you’ll see where you’re going before you go. Trust a domain once and it won’t ask again — manage that in Settings.

Third-party platforms have their own rules. Once you leave, you’re on their terms, not ours. Age gates, content rules, account requirements — theirs.

If something’s wrong

Report it. Pages, excerpts, images, users — if it breaks the rules (especially the hard no’s: minors, real people, non-fictional harm), we want to know. Reports go to a human.

You won’t get in trouble for reporting in good faith. Ever.
